A reader asked why there are so many court reports from the court of Justice Martin Nolan, here is why: Judge Nolan has one of the busiest lists so the turnover of cases is very high. This means that it’s much easier to ‘get a story’ with a top and tail on it from his court than from others where trials tend to be more lengthy and there could be a jury in situ or multiple witnesses to be called.
