A prolific thief, who has targeted victims in several European countries, has avoided gaining a further conviction after stealing over €100 worth of goods from Lidl on Talbot Street, Dublin on the 2nd of May last.
Levers Zinca, of no fixed abode, was ordered to pay €200 to Temple Street Hospital, but avoided a conviction after Judge Michele Finan imposed Section 1.1 of the Probation Act in respect of his latest offence, which allows an accused person to pay a fine in lieu of receiving a conviction.
