Update: The judgment in respect of Mr Nolan has been appealed.
Yesterday, Dublin District Court jailed a self-described citizen journalist after he was found guilty of breaching a section of the International Protection Act 2015, which prohibits the identification of persons seeking international protection in Ireland.
