Yesterday Dublin District Court jailed a self-described citizen journalist after he was found guilty of breaching a section of the International Protection Act 2015 which prohibits the identification of persons seeking international protection in Ireland.
As I reported, 36-year-old Paul Nolan received an effective prison sentence of 7 months for engaging in what a prosecuting Garda described as “harassment” of a number of individuals who were living at a state provided accommodation facility at St. John’s House in Tallaght.
