We in the anglosphere have been caught up in a week of American outrage online, centering on the brutal, unprovoked murder of 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska by a hooded black man who, sitting behind Ms Zarutska, pulled a knife from his pocket and plunged it repeatedly into her neck until she was dead.
Thirty-four year old Decarlos Brown Jr has since been charged with first degree murder, and it’s also been discovered that this wasn’t his first tangle with the law. Records obtained by Fox News have since shown that he has a lengthy criminal history stretching back to 2013, including convictions for larceny, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and a stint in prison around 2020.
