Seven Dublin men have been charged with violent disorder related to an incident which took place at a property on Ormond Quay, Dublin 1, in August 2024.
The investigation into the incident, which resulted in a number of persons being conveyed to the Mater Hospital suffering non-life-threatening injuries, was led by the Garda Special Detective Unit.
Conor Mills (45) of Queen’s Street, Dublin 7; Dean Shannon (41) of St. Kevin’s Villas, Sallynoggin; Rhys Kane (32) of Achil Road, Ballybrack; Darren Fox (37) of Beech Park, Cabinteely; Keith Hogan (43) of Coolevin, Ballybrack; Darren Weldon (55) and Connor Hughes (49), with an address in Lakeland Close, Kilmacud.
All of the men are charged with violent disorder contrary to Section 15 of the Criminal Justice Public Order Act 1194.
The men, remanded on station bail, are to appear again before Dublin District Court on the 27th of November next.
