Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to an alleged incident of serious assault, which occurred near Main Street, Belmayne, Dublin 13 on Monday 28th September 2026.
A Garda spokesperson said that shortly after 3:40 pm, “Gardaí and emergency services responded to an incident beside a residential property on Main Street, Belmayne, Dublin 13.”
As a result of the alleged incident, a female (aged in her 30s) was conveyed to Beaumont Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
Gardaí say a Family Liaison Officer (FLO) has been appointed and a technical examination of the scene has been conducted.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to contact them.
Anyone in the vicinity of Main Street, Belmayne, Dublin 13, on Monday 28th September 2026, between 3:00 pm and 3:45 pm, who may have video footage (including dash-cam footage) is asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
Investigations are ongoing.
