A failed asylum seeker, who stabbed another asylum seeker at an IPAS centre in Rathmines in a Ramadan hunger-fuelled row, has been jailed for three years.Â
Housseyn Chaoui (30) of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to assault causing harm contrary to Section 3 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act.
