Peter Lynch did not deserve to die in prison at 61 years of age. I know nothing about the man, but I do know that. Mr Lynch did not deserve to spend his final hours in such despair in HMP Moorland outside Doncaster that he took his own life.
Mr Lynch was from Wath-upon-Dearne, Rotherham. He was married for 36 years and leaves behind four adult children and three grandchildren. He was working in the packing industry but was recently made unemployed. So, he was white, working-class man. Unfortunately for Mr Lynch during the fever pitch August riots in the UK after the fatal stabbing of three children in Southport, he spent a day being a ‘right-wing thug.’ Yes, one of those right-wing thugs, the type that Sir Keir Starmer and the mainstream media would have you believe was the greatest threat to Britain since the rise of Hitler.
