A Dublin woman who threatened her elderly mother with a knife while she lay in bed, telling her “you won’t be here for Christmas” has avoided jail.
Katrina McGuinness (41) of Botanic Road, Glasnevin Dublin 9 appeared before the Circuit Criminal Court this afternoon in relation to the events of the early hours of the 4th of December 2022 when Gardaí were called to her home address after she brandished a flick knife at her mother.
