We’ve all experienced a sudden wake-up moment. Mine came at arrivals at Dublin Airport during the Chinese plague when an immigration officer told me to fill in an on-line Covid questionnaire. Not owning a smart-phone, I asked him for a paper form, but he replied that no such form existed.
“So what happens next?” I asked.
