I’ve heard it too many times. I express my fears about our children’s future be it mass surveillance, replacement migration, high costs, decline of the family, imported violence, etc, and the response from nihilistic boomers and, disappointingly, Gen X is laughed off: “Who cares, I won’t be around.”
Imagine our ancestors drank oat milk latte’s with their feet up, rather than build nations, megastructures, fight wars and protect their homeland from the invading enemy? There would be no trees planted, no fairy tale castles, no cities, no civilization.
