An unknown man was brought before a sitting of Dublin District Court this afternoon after he was arrested for suspected breaches of Section 13 of the Immigration Act.
The man, who Judge Michele Finan heard has “not a word of English” was arrested by Garda Jennifer Hyland who gave evidence of arresting him yesterday at approximately 6pm after a member of the public altered Gardaí to his presence in the area of Poplar Road where he was asleep.
