A homeless Romanian man, who has been in Ireland for approximately 5 years, assaulted a Garda while resisting arrest and verbally abused another Garda on a different occasion.
Fiodor Chirilescu (37), who has an address on Frederick St. Dublin 1, appeared before Dublin District Court charged in relation to breaches of the Public Order Act.
