On May 6, a company called Pastures New Accommodation was voluntarily struck off. The company with an address at 8 Dunville Terrace, Dublin 8, had filed to be struck off in January. The document was signed by directors Jamie Deasy and Brian McDermott.
Pastures New was registered as a new company in April 2023. It was wholly owned by Good Pasture Holdings Limited which had been registered in April 2022, and is jointly owned by Deasy and McDermott. At the end of March this year it changed its address to a warehouse in Blessington, County Wicklow.
