Some might imagine that Tetrarch would be content with their windfall from the taxpayer-funded bonanza sale of Citywest to the State, and their continued revenue stream of payments for asylum accommodation in the Ark/Golf Hotel.
Far from it. Tetrarch recently made a submission to South Dublin County Council, breaking a long standing tradition of not telling them very much at all about the feudal manor of Citywest. This is contained in a proposal entitled A New Era for Saggart. It is a pitch for a pretty vast housing development on part of the Citywest lands they still own.
