A man who was ‘inexplicably’ released from a health facility has appeared before Cloverhill District Court.
Cabdi Musse Rage (25) ,who is of no fixed abode, appeared via video link with Judge Alan Mitchell hearing that he was “incorrectly released from a facility” by a “tribunal”.
