A High Court vacation judge has refused Kneecap permission to serve a defamation summons on Canadian MP Vince Gasparro, after finding that the paperwork lodged was incomplete and “confusing”.
Ms Justice Cathleen Noctor dealt with the ex parte application brought by Liam Óg Hanna, Naoise Ó Cairealláin and James John Ó Dochartaigh.
