A man has appeared before Dublin District Court charged with using a false instrument and being found in possession of stolen goods.
The accused, Merabi Giorgadze (41) of Church Road, East Wall Dublin appeared before the court this afternoon charged with driving with a fake licence and being in possession of €200 worth of stolen cosmetics.
