Dublin Bus is allowing biologically-male transgender staff to use women’s bathrooms and changing rooms if that staff member identifies as a woman, Gript can reveal.
The policy is outlined in the “Workplace Gender Transition Policy And Guidelines” document by the bus operator, and is part of its “Equality, Diversity and Non-Discrimination Strategy.”
