As Gript reported last week, Gregori Malanca (42) of Walkinstown Crescent, Walkinstown, Dublin 12, is accused of robbery after a 75-year-old lady had a sentimental necklace pulled from her neck outside her home.
In spite of the objections of Garda Aisling Shannon, he was granted bail last Monday but appeared from custody before Dún Laoghaire District Court this morning, having not yet taken up bail.
