One of my eagle-eyed readers has spotted another planning application, or rather what would appear to be one that ought to require an exemption, that is rather sparse on details.
On February 27, an application was submitted with Cork City Council for the change of use of a part of a building at 23-25 South Terrace that contains residential apartments to “use as temporary accommodation for persons seeking international protection.”
