A man who came to Ireland two years ago and says he is now living in a tent after previously living in Citywest and the Red Cow hotel has appeared before Dublin District Court charged with breaches of the Criminal Justice Public Order Act, the theft and Fraud Offences Act, and failure to appear before the courts contrary to Section 13 of the Criminal Justice Act.
Abdallah Alzinki of no fixed abode told the court through his counsel that he accepts that he has problems with “alcohol and tablets” which led to him “being asked to leave” his previous accommodation.
