Aussie top doc warns unvaccinated: “You won’t be able to hide”

The Queensland President of the Australian Medical Association has warned that “life will be miserable” for unvaccinated people, adding that “you won’t be able to hide.”

The remarks were made by Dr. Chris Perry of the AMA while speaking to Channel 9 News Australia, just as new, even harsher restrictions come into effect in the Aussie territory of Queensland.

Going forward unvaccinated Queensland residents will be served a $1,378 fine for breaching any new health orders, and unvaccinated healthcare workers, even in private hospitals, will be required to receive the jab by law.

“If you’re not vaccinated it’s going to be very, very hard to maintain a job, to be able to go anywhere,” said Perry.

“People having weddings are going to have to weed out the unvaccinated, the pubs and the clubs are going to have to find out whether people are vaccinated before they allow them in, otherwise their businesses will go bankrupt.”

The host on Channel 9 News said “there’s no doubt about it” that “you have to get people to lose something in order to get something,” adding that “there’s really only one decision for people to make.”

”Oh they’re crazy not to get vaccinated,” replied Perry.

“Life will be miserable without being vaccinated. You won’t be able to hide.

“You won’t be able to get a doctor to sign off that you got an exclusion because there’s quite set rules on that and doctors will be audited to see every one of their exclusions will be looked at very carefully. They’ll get fined, they could get struck off. The patients who tell lies can be charged with fraud. There’s a whole pile of issues, a whole pile of problems if you try and get around the system.

”It’s going to be very hard to maintain your employment if you’re not vaccinated. You won’t be able to go anywhere for any entertainment.”

He said that people would be asked to show proof of vaccinated in “most venues.”
“So get vaccinated, otherwise you’re going to have a very, very lonely life, and you’re not going to be able to maintain your employment.”

Do you agree with Senator Keogan that people on long-term unemployment benefit should have to do community service for the money?
