A man who has 168 previous convictions, who broke into the building of the Mater Foundation on 54/55 Eccles St, Phibsborough, Dublin has received a jail sentence of 3 years and 9 months, with the final 9 months suspended.
The Circuit Criminal Court heard how James Lawlor (44), who has an address at Norton Street, Dublin 2 was a patient at the A&E of the Mater Hospital when he committed the offence.
