An AI-generated TikTok video of two slim women with large cleavage has been found to breach platform guidelines under a European Union Digital Services Act dispute process, for allegedly promoting an unhealthy body image and fetishised content.
In a decision issued on the 21st of May, the certified out-of-court dispute settlement body User Rights overturned TikTok’s decision to leave the video online, ruling that the content breached the platform’s community guidelines.
