If you believed everything you read, you’d be inclined to think that various elements within Fine Gael have finally knuckled down and decided to get serious about recapturing voters they’ve long been accused of leaving by the wayside in favour of the “woke left”.
Those elements include the man at the top, Tánaiste Simon Harris, who did what he does best on Friday afternoon and posted something on social media that he thought – rightly – that lots of people would want to hear.
