A former resident of the Airways Industrial Estate IPAS Centre, in Santry, Dublin, has been remanded on bail.
The man, who was aided by an Arabic interpreter when he appeared before Judge Anne Watkin sitting at Dún Laoghaire District Court this week, is charged with two counts of assault and driving offences.
