Numerous small businesses have announced they will no longer ship goods to the European Union following the implementation of new green shipping rules.
The new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) has been billed by the Commission as an attempt to reduce the amount of harmful chemicals employed in product packaging, thus helping the environment.
