It’s a pattern by now, isn’t it? Ultra-woke organisations, such as the National Women’s Council who are viewed as representing all Irish women but can’t tell you what a woman is, can only fail upwards.
It doesn’t matter that they consistently choose positions that have no favour with the general public. It doesn’t even seem to make a funding impact when the referendum they championed was rejected by a landslide, historic margin in March 2024. They’ll simply hold out the gilt-edged begging bowl once more and see their funding not just repeated, but increased.
