On Friday, Justice Richard Humphreys issued an update on his earlier rulings which require that the unauthorised development at Brittas, County Dublin, be taken down and the site restored to its previous condition.
While the previous rulings of the Circuit Court last December, and Justice Humphreys’ upholding of that decision, have seemingly left the developer and owners with no choice but to comply and to remove the unauthorised structures, Justice Humphreys has been careful to allow submissions from the defendants, Branch Developments, Threshford and Mullnassa.
