A letter has been found on the Citywest Campus issuing a warning to a named resident of the Citywest Convention centre on the grounds that the person named has committed, “or are committing, a serious breach of the house rules of the place of accommodation.”
The letter states that on April 15, the individual “violently attacked a Resident in the Centre. The incident was reported to An Garda Síochána in line with IPAS policy. The behaviour reported above is a very serious breach of the House Rules, illegal and contrary to the smooth running of the Centre.
