A Romanian man who is charged with assault causing harm and violent disorder has been denied a bail variation after Gardaí expressed concern that he might not abide by the requisite conditions.
The accused, who appeared before Judge Martin Nolan at the Circuit Criminal Court, applied for the return of his passport, which was surrendered as part of his current bail conditions.
