A well-attended meeting was held in Stamullen last night to discuss among other issues my discovery that a house in the Forgehill estate is owned by the Department of Justice in which is intended to accommodate persons who have applied for International Protection.
It was noted that the house has been vacant despite being in State ownership since 2022 and despite the huge demand, including from people from families living in the Forgehill estate, for homes.
