Last Thursday, yet another big earner from the asylum accommodation sector got around to notifying South Dublin County Council that it was seeking a Section 5 planning exemption for the use of a premises to provide accommodation to persons seeking International Protection.
Which is nice of them given that the Red Cow Moran has been in use as IPAS accommodation for more than four years. In that time there has been no notification or application to SDCC in relation to that use.
