A tenant living in a mobile home at Chianti Park/Hillsbrook in Brittas received a Notice to Quit on Monday stating that the tenant, who has been renting the property since 2024, has no tenancy agreement and that “no rent has ever been paid” since new owners purchased the site in August.
The tenant was told that she had seven days to vacate the property and that failing to vacate the property would “result in an application to the District court for a possession order, and all costs will be sought against you.”
