Information supplied by a Gript reader has solved the mystery of who owns the site at Brittas in south county Dublin on which allegedly unauthorised development is currently taking place.
Although the property folio available through the public portal does not show who the current owners are, the Registry of Deeds shows that ownership was transferred from David Hill to a company called Mullnassa Limited on August 18, 2025.
