A former French polisher has appeared before Dublin District Court to face charges related to the possession of offensive weapons and theft.
Noel Fowler (65) of Dunsink Green, Finglas Dublin 11, appeared before Judge Michele Finan this morning after he was found in possession of “two large knives” on Dorset Street Lower on the 31st of August last.
