A man who “took his clothes off” while standing in front of the livestream portal between Dublin and New York, has appeared before Dublin District Court.
On the 20th of May last year on North Earl Street, Mark Wiggins (50) of Parnell St. West was observed by Garda John Timmins removing his clothes in front of the portal which feeds live video images of the street view between Dublin and another location, at the time New York City.
