A Dublin woman who is facing a host of criminal charges related to breaches of Section 4 of the Theft and Fraud Offences Act has been waiting to see a counsellor or therapist for over two years, a District Court judge has heard.
Kim Dunleavy (51) of St Josephs Place, Dublin 7 appeared before Judge Michele Finan where she told the court that her offending is linked to a host of personal tragedies she has faced which have caused her to experience “mental health issues with grief and sadness”.
