A few weeks ago I wrote about the hideousness of drone delivery services that the Northsiders had to suffer. Now it is the turn of the Southsiders to object to a ‘drone hub.’ If I know anything about the north – south divide, I suspect the Southsiders are not going to lie down easily on this one.
Around 200 hundred people attended a public meeting in Dundrum yesterday evening to address local concerns surrounding a planning application for a mobile drone delivery hub in the Dublin suburb. The planning application, from drone-delivery company Manna, attracted around 200 objections.
