A man who threatened a Garda in open court saying, “I’ll take your fucking head off” has been sentenced to 2-and-a-half years in prison, with the final six months given as punishment for the threats.
25-year-old Sean Caffrey who has an address in Finglas, County Dublin, made the threats against Garda Niall Ring during a hearing where Gardaí had sought to revoke bail in respect of Caffrey.
