Bray man, Gary O’Brien, who was arrested at 19:30 on the 9th of February at an address in Bray, Co. Wicklow appeared before the courts this morning to answer to a charge of domestic assault under Section 2 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, 1997.
A Garda witness told the court that O’Brien provided evidence of the charge and caution against him to which he made no reply.
