A fugitive, who allegedly brutally murdered a Maltese woman, and who is listed by Europol on their ‘Blood on Their Hands ‘ alert of the continent’s ‘Most Wanted’ suspected killers, was last seen in Dublin the policing agency has said.
The information came as Europol issued a fresh appeal for the public’s help in tracking a group of suspected killers who gone on the run, adding 24 new criminals to their latest list of 59 alleged fugitive killers under the heading ‘Blood On Their Hands: Help Find Those Who Took Lives’.

Europol said that “the investigation proved that the victim was murdered inside the same apartment by her former partner Hamid Nour Eddine G Ibrahim.”
Mr Ibrahim absconded the Maltese Islands on the 11th March 2015, couple of hours before the corpse was discovered. It was confirmed that he took a flight Italy, but reliable sources informed the Maltese Police that a month later he was seen in Dublin, Ireland, which is his last known whereabouts, the Sunday World said.

Europol works with the European Network of Fugitive Active Search Teams (ENFAST) who maintain the EU Most Wanted website to seek help finding fugitives across Europe.
They said that “Over 20 criminals have just been added and this year’s catchphrase “blood on their hands” seeks to increase public awareness about dangerous fugitives wanted for serious crimes such as murder.
“When you send an anonymous tip via the website, you will reach the ENFAST community, which is the European network of police officers within national fugitive teams.
“They are available around the clock and can immediately undertake action to locate and arrest fugitives when necessary. The members of ENFAST are all specialised in locating criminals on the run who are suspected, or have been convicted, of serious crimes and are subjects of European Arrest Warrants.
“One tip could make all the difference,” they said.
