Eight men have been detained in connection with the suspected false imprisonment of a woman in Dublin.
The incident occurred last night at a property on Bolton Street in Dublin 7.
Gardaí in Bridewell arrested 8 males in relation to an investigation into alleged false imprisonment of a female, aged in her 30s at a property in Bolton Street, Dublin 7 on the evening of Thursday 26th September, 2024.
The eight males, (aged in their 20s, 30s , 50s and one juvenile) are all currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a number of Garda stations in the Dublin region.
The investigation is ongoing, according to authorities.
