Kerry man Killian Kirby appeared before Tralee District court this week after being arrested late on Monday evening in connection to an incident which required the attendance of the Garda Special Response Unit at an address in Rylane, Duagh, County Kerry.
The 33-year-old, who has an address at Kilcaragh, Lixnaw and of Rylane, Duagh, is accused of using a digger to cause damage to a property in the above location as well as criminal damage related to the alleged use of a digger to bury a vehicle in a forested area.
