A Polish woman who is awaiting trial for charges related to money laundering and drugs has been refused permission to travel home to show her newborn baby to her relatives.
An application for variation of bail in respect of the accused, Julia Mossakowska, was refused by the Circuit Criminal Court after the state argued that there was a concern that Mossakowska would not return to face trial due to the seriousness of the charges against her.
