President Joe Biden on Thursday unintentionally revealed a very specific cheat note prepared by his staff instructing the leader of the free world to “take YOUR seat” and limit his speech to “2 minutes”.
The notecard was inadvertently captured by a Getty photographer at a meeting with wind industry executives on Thursday when Biden held the document up backwards, and was also captured on video:

The step-by-step instructions for Biden, titled “Offshore Wind Drop-By Sequence of Events”, tells the president to “enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants” and in what has been described as comic detail, adds: “YOU take YOUR seat” and “YOU thank participants”.

The cheat sheet also instructed the 79-year-old to “give brief comments” limited to 2 minutes, and to “ASK Liz Shuler, President of AFL-CIO, a question” before “YOU depart”.
The photo has sparked widespread discussion, and has been described as sad by commentators, as concerns over Biden’s capability for office continue to be expressed.
Earlier this month, one republican senator claimed that Biden, the US’ oldest ever president at the age of his inauguration (78), was unfit for office – adding that his decline is clear to see.
In a television ad, Florida senator Rick Scott called for Biden’s resignation, saying America’s commander in chief is “unfit for office”.
“Joe Biden has destroyed America’s economy,” Scott said in the ad.
“It’s time to be honest with the American people. Joe Biden is unfit for office and should resign.”
Concerns around Biden’s health have been swirling for a while; last July, an ex-White House doctor said Biden was ‘mentally unfit to continue office’.
Representative Ronny Jackson, the former White House physician-turned-congressman, said he believed the president had “serious health provlems” that will only worsen over time – as he predicted he will eventually be “forced to resign from office”.
Jackson, who served under former presidents Obama and Trump, said Biden was “ineligible to run for office because of serious health problems.”
“I think he’s either going to resign — they’re going to convince him to resign from office at some point in the near future for medical issues — or they’re going to have to use the 25th Amendment to get rid of this man,” Jackson said, as reported by the New York Post last summer.
It has been reported that Biden has been having problems with remembering things, and has previously been filmed getting stuck while talking to reporters. On occasions, he has had to read from notes while replying to reporters. Last July, for instance, an aide wrote, “Sir, there is something on your chin” – with the note held the wrong way around by Biden so that it could be read by reporters and captured by photographers.
A poll released by ABC News and The Washington post in February revealed that 54% of Americans were of the belief that Biden did not have the “mental sharpness it takes to serve effectively as president”.
