A Dublin woman who unwittingly became an armed robbery getaway driver assaulted two female Gardaí during the course of resisting arrest.
The Circuit Criminal Court heard that Karen O’Rourke of The Paddocks, Carlton Court, Swords, Co. Dublin, repeatedly evaded Garda instructions to stop the vehicle she was driving along with a co-accused, who took responsibility for the robbery of a Boyle Sports branch in Lusk on the 9th of April 2025.
