Pharmaceutical company Pfizer is suing the Polish government over missing payments for 60 million doses of its Covid-19 vaccine, it has emerged. The lawsuit could amount to €1.2 billion, according to reports.
The conflict between the pharmaceutical company and Poland dates back to the European Commission’s 1.1 billion-dose contract with Pfizer, agreed upon in 2021.
